All services are subject to individual engagement agreements, statements of work (SOW), or retainer contracts signed between the Company and the client. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.
All prices displayed on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price applicable to you will be confirmed in your engagement agreement.
Payment terms are outlined in each client's statement of work or retainer agreement. For monthly retainers, payment is due in advance on or before the 1st of each month. For project-based work, a minimum deposit of 50% is required before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments via NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, UPI, and online payment gateway (PayU). Receipts and invoices with GST breakdowns will be issued for all payments received.
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Genisis Media Tech. or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Upon full payment of all dues under an engagement, clients receive a licence or ownership (as specified in the agreement) of the deliverables created for them. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed in connection with the services, including business strategies, financial data, customer lists, and proprietary processes. This obligation shall survive the termination of any engagement for a period of two (2) years.
Either party may terminate a retainer engagement by providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the other party. Project-based engagements may be terminated as specified in the relevant statement of work. Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate services if a client engages in fraudulent activity, violates platform policies, fails to make payment, or breaches any material term of these Terms & Conditions.

These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites or services.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bokaro, Jharkhand.
